We refer to the announcement made on 5 February 2024 in relation to the proposed acquisition by CHGB of additional stake in SIGN.

In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC"), the Board (save for those interested directors) wishes to announce that it had on 26 March 2024, appointed Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd to act as the Independent Adviser of SIGN to provide their comments, opinions, information and recommendation on the Proposed Offer to the non-interested directors and holders of the Offer Shares.
