Reference is made to the announcements made on 2 February 2024, 19 February 2024 and 4 March 2024 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the Board has on 26 March 2024 (“Price-Fixing Date”) resolved to fix the issue price for 45,941,400 Placement Shares, being the first and final tranche of the Private Placement, at RM0.1420 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately RM0.0133 or 8.56% to the 5D-VWAMP of Eden Shares up to and including 25 March 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM0.1553 per Share.
