Further to GENT's annoucement dated 28 December 2022, GENT wishes to announce that the liquidators of Genting Management and Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd ("GMC"), a wholly owned dormant subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Malaysia had convened a final meeting to conclude its Member's Voluntary Winding-up.
The Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting ("Return") of GMC was lodged on 25 March 2024 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, on the expiration of 3 months after the lodgement of the Return, GMC will be dissolved.
