The Board of Directors of AppAsia wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM”) of the Company.
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 9 June 2023, the shareholders of AppAsia had granted a mandate for the Company to purchase up to 10% of its own ordinary shares. The authority shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 20th AGM of the Company.
A Statement to shareholders setting out the details of the above Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be made available via electronic means to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
