Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company had from 18 March 2024 to 22 March 2024, via its solicitors, Messrs. Shook Lin & Bok, attended the Court of Appeal of Malaysia for the case managements of the Appeal 441 and Appeal 511. In the light of the settlement between parties, both Appeal 441 and Appeal 511 are now fixed for mention to record Consent Order on 18 April 2024.
The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions and/or orders by the Court.
