We refer to the Company's announcements dated 14 July 2023, 25 July 2023, 28 August 2023, 20 September 2023, 14 November 2023, 1 March 2024, 7 March 2024 and 8 March 2024 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 29 August 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the existing number of 3,262,910,862 IRIS Shares will be consolidated into 815,727,624 Consolidated Shares after 5.00 p.m. on 22 March 2024 pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 25 March 2024, being the next market day immediately following the Entitlement Date.
