Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 October 2023 in relation to the former auditors, ie. Messrs. Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT, who did not seek for reappointment as the auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2023 and the Board of Directors (“Board”) has obtained the mandate from Shareholders to approve the appointment of new auditors of the Company.

The Board wishes to announce that Messrs. SBY Partners PLT [202106000003 (LLP0026726-LCA) (AF0660)], having given their consent to act as the auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2024, has been appointed as auditors of the Company on 21 March 2024 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
