The Board of Directors of Star is pleased to propose a First and Final Single-Tier Dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting (“52nd AGM”) of the Company.

The details of entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
