The Board of Directors of EPICON is pleased to announce that Transnational Builder Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPICON had on 20 March 2024 received a letter of award (“Letter of Award”) from Syarikat Majuperak Bhd, for the main building works of 601 units of single storey terrace houses and 4 units of electrical substations under a Rumah Perakku development on Lot 315222 at Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan, for a contract sum of RM89,100,000 as prescribed in the Letter of Award.
