Pursuant to Rule 9.19(37) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirement, the Board of Directors of EA Tech wishes to announce that the Company’s Independent Auditors, Messrs KPMG PLT (“KPMG”) have issued an unqualified audit opinion with a material uncertainty related to going concern (“MUGC”) in the Independent Auditors’ Report for the financial statements of the Company for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2023.
