With reference to the Company's announcement dated 15 August 2022, 17 August 2022, 19 August 2022, 22 August 2022, 23 August 2022, 20 September 2022, 30th September 2022, 2 December 2022, 12 January 2023, 16 March 2023, 28 March 2023, 5 May 2023, 6 June 2023, 26 September 2023 and 26 February 2024.

The Board of Directors wish to inform that in respect of the Creditor's Judicial Management Application, the hearing fixed on 18 March 2024 for the Creditor’s Appeal against Bellajade’s Intervention (Desa Tiasa's Appeal) is vacated and the Court of Appeal fixed a new hearing date on 4 July 2024 for the said application.

The Company will announce further material development of the case in due course.
