We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 September 2023, 22 September 2023, 27 September 2023 and 6 March 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 12 March 2024, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 26 March 2024 to 26 September 2024 to complete the Private Placement.
