Reference is made to our announcements dated 28 August 2023, 28 November 2023 and 16 February 2024 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Divestment. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties have mutually agreed to a variation of the terms of the SSCA dated 25 August 2023 and Addendum dated 28 November 2023 by entering into a Second Addendum dated 11 March 2024. The parties have agreed for the balance of the Purchase Consideration to be paid in accordance with a payment plan and the deadline for the total payment of the balance Purchase Consideration has been extended to 31 December 2024.
