His tenure as an Independent Advisor for BIMB Investment, a subsidiary of Bank Islam, from 2020 to 2022, was marked by significant contributions to strategy development and change management, steering the company towards strategic achievements.

In the entrepreneurial realm, Anderson has demonstrated remarkable acumen, particularly in the hospitality sector, where he developed and later sold a multi-award-winning boutique hotel in New Zealand.
