The Board of Directors of IDB wishes to announce that Integrated Design & Build Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 March 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with MKN Embassy Development Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed acquisition of all that parcel of a retail/office suite unit held under Master Title Geran 339480, Lot 10066, Bandar Cyberjaya (formerly known as Geran 334458, Lot 10066, Pekan Bukit Prang), Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor and bearing the postal address of C5-3, Block C, Jalan Radius 1/1C, Jalan Teknokrat 2/1, Radius Business Park, Cyber 4, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor measuring approximately 2,519 square feet together with the Accessory Parcel(s) No. 297 & 298 and accessory car parking bay(s) at level basement for a total consideration of RM1,110,000.00 only upon the terms and subject to the conditions in the SPA (“Proposed Acquisition”).
