The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 5 January 2024,16 February 2024, and 4 March 2024 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that the remaining Purchase Consideration has been paid in full to the Sellers on 11 March 2024. Accordingly, the Proposed Acquisition has been deemed completed on even date.
