Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements made on 21 January 2020, 31 January 2020, 18 February 2020, 24 March 2020, 13 April 2020, 22 May 2020, 26 June 2020, 30 June 2020, 15 July 2020, 20 October 2020, 20 November 2020, 8 December 2020, 10 December 2020, 26 January 2021, 19 March 2021, 23 March 2021 and 24 March 2021 (“the Announcements”) in relation to the Forfeiture of the Seized Properties Case,  under the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1952 (“Investigation”).

The Board of Directors of MAYU wishes to inform that all the CDS accounts, motor vehicles and properties of the Company and subsidiaries have been fully released including the Warehouse (A) located at No. Lot 5038, Mukim 1, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, No. 5039, No. Geran PN 3887 (“herein referred to as “Lot 5038”) measuring approximately 1.5 acres for the purpose of exhibit and view of court related to the criminal trial of the former Executive Chairman.
