Further to the Company's announcements dated 12 October 2023 and 18 October 2023, the Company is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed today. As part of the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, the Company has entered into a Shareholders' Agreement with VPGL and VPAM today.
