TEOSENG - Notice of Book Closure

TEO SENG CAPITAL BERHAD ("Teo Seng" or "the Company") Fourth Interim Single Tier Dividend by way of distribution of treasury shares in the Company ("Share Dividends") on the basis of 1 Share Dividend for Every 67 Teo Seng Shares held by the shareholders of the Company

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 27 Mar 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 29 Mar 2024

Remarks :

The actual number of Share Dividends to be distributed will depend on the actual number of issued shares in Teo Seng (excluding treasury shares) as at the Entitlement Date. 

Fractional entitlements to the Share Dividends, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board of Directors of the Company in its absolute discretion deems fit and expedient, and in the best interest of the Company. 

Furthermore, in order to avoid the Entitled Shareholders holding less than 1 board lot (equivalent to 100 Share Dividends), the Entitled Shareholders who hold below 6,700 Teo Seng Shares will receive cash in lieu of the actual number of Share Dividends that they would otherwise be entitled to receive. The cash in lieu will be computed based on the last transacted price of Teo Seng Shares on the Entitlement Date, multiply by the number of Share Dividends that would be entitled by the Entitled Shareholders.
