We refer to the earlier announcements dated 13 September 2023, 22 September 2023 and 27 September 2023 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 6 March 2024, submitted the application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
