The Board of Directors (“Board”) of AbleGroup Berhad (“AbleGroup” or the "Company”) wishes to announce that Atlas Rhythm Sdn Bhd (“Atlas”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 4 March 2024 entered into a tenancy agreement (“Agreement”) with Edisi Kilat Sdn Bhd in respect of the tenancy of a piece of vacant land held under Geran Mukim 289, Lot No. 1589, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement (“Tenancy”).
