We refer to the announcements made on 28 July 2023, 3 August 2023, 15 September 2023, 18 September 2023, 21 September 2023, and 15 February 2024 in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of MPay, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 4 March 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for an extension of time up to 19 September 2024 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Placement.
The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
