In accordance with Condition 2, Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022 - Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio, the Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of CIMB-C1H will be adjusted in accordance with the following formula: Adjustment pursuant to Special Dividend 1. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E x [(P - D) / P] 2. Adjusted Exercise Price = X x [(P - D) / P] Whereby in respect of this Condition 2.1.1(d)(i) and (ii): P: Closing price of CIMB on the last market day on which CIMB is traded on a cum-entitlement basis. D: RM0.0700, being the Special Dividend per CIMB share X: RM5.6000, being the existing Exercise Price immediately prior to the Special Dividend E: 6.0000, being the existing Exercise Ratio immediately prior to the Special Dividend No adjustments shall be made to the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price of CIMB-C1H if such adjustments would amount to less than two percent (2%) of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed. For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein shall prevail. RHBIB, as the issuer of CIMB-C1H, will make further announcement should there be any updates in due course. |
