We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 13 October 2023 in relation to the Company’s submission of the Application to Bursa Securities.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Divfex, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 1 March 2024, resolved to grant the Company a waiver from complying with Rule 8.04(3)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities which requires an Affected Listed Corporation to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
With the waiver being granted, Divfex will be uplifted from being classified as an affected listed company effective from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 4 March 2024.
