The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company is in the midst of preparing and finalising its proposed regularisation plan and it had on 17 January 2024 submitted an application for a further extension of time up to 31 July 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

The outcome of the application for extension of time will be announced upon receipt of decision from Bursa Securities.
