The Board of Directors of NationGate Holdings Berhad (“NatGate” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that NatGate intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for a proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature and  proposed new shareholders' mandate for additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting.

The details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be outlined in the Circular to Shareholders which will be released at a later date.
