Further to the announcement of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad (“HLFG”) on 3 May 2021 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding up of RC Holdings Sdn Bhd ("RCH"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLA Holdings Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLFG, HLFG writes to inform that the liquidator of RCH had convened a final meeting to conclude the member's voluntary winding up of RCH. A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 29 February 2024 ("Lodgement Date"), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, RCH will be dissolved.
