The Board of Directors of MCOM wishes to announce that WYNCORP Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“WYNCORP”) will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 March 2024 as the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby MCOM must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. MCOM was listed on 3 July 2019.
