The Board of Directors' of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has recommended a final single tier dividend of 10 sen per ordinary share in the Company in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("Proposed Dividend"). The Proposed Dividend shall be subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders") at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM").

Subject to the relevant regulatory approvals being obtained and the Shareholders' approval at the AGM, the Board recommends the Shareholders to be given an option to elect to reinvest the entire Proposed Dividend into new ordinary shares in the Company in accordance with the dividend reinvestment scheme which was approved by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 29 May 2012 and renewed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 May 2023.
