Remarks :

For the benefit of shareholders, the Board of Directors of Paramount Corporation Berhad has resolved to adopt the practice of declaring second interim dividends, if any, as opposed to proposing final dividends. This will enable shareholders to receive the dividend earlier.

Holders of Warrant [PARAMON-WA (Stock Code: 1724WA)] who wish to subscribe for new PARAMON shares are advised to lodge their subscription forms and consideration with Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, the Company's Registrar, by 5.00 pm on 1 March 2024 to enable the new PARAMON shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective holders in order to qualify for the dividend entitlement.
