Pursuant to Paragraph 7.06(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it had as at 28 February 2024 provided financial assistance amounting to RM1,428,000 in the form of advances to AZTI Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, an indirect 51% owned subsidiary of the Company (“Subsidiary”) (“Financial Assistance”).

The details of Financial Assistance is set out in the attachment.
