The Board of TPC wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 21st Annual General Meeting on the proposed renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”).
A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
