Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 28 November 2023. The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”): -       

1. MOU dated 9 January 2023 between AWC and PT Bintang Timur Investama
- No formal agreement has been entered between the parties, the MOU has lapsed and is deemed terminated automatically on 8 January 2024. 
- Upon the expiry of the MOU, neither party shall have any claim against the other.
- The expiry of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact to AWC.

2. MOU dated 9 January 2023 between AWC, PT Gema Karya Manunggal and PT Prasarana Danoes Cemerlang 
- No formal agreement has been entered between the parties, the MOU has lapsed and is deemed terminated automatically on 8 January 2024. 
- Upon the expiry of the MOU, neither party shall have any claim against the other.
- The expiry of the MOU is not expected to have any material financial impact to AWC.

3. MOU dated 10 February 2023 between AWC, Techkem Group Sdn Bhd and Alliance MEP (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd
- The Parties have mutually agreed vide a letter dated 27 February 2024 to extend the terms of the MOU for a further period of one (1) year from 10 February 2024 until 9 February 2025. 
- All other provisions of the MOU shall remain the same and be in full force and effect.

4. MOU dated 17 March 2023 between AWC and Ranhill Utilities Berhad
- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 17 March 2023.

5. MOU dated 18 October 2023 between AWC and Universiti Sains Malaysia
- There is no material development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 18 October 2023.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any.
