Further to the Announcement, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that it had deliberated and resolved to further vary the utilisation of IPO Proceeds and to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the IPO Proceeds for an additional 24 months from its initial IPO Exercise ("Variations and Extension").
