Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has on February 27, 2024 proposed a Final Single Tier Dividend of RM0.075 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023 to be approved by its shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The entitlement date and date of payment of the dividend have yet to be finalized at the moment.
