Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 28 October 2022 and 2 March 2023, whereby the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS was on 28 October 2022 (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has yet to issue any ESOS as of the date of this announcement.
