Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of Chapter 9 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Ralco Corporation Berhad (“Ralco” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that a revaluation on the Land and Buildings (“Properties”) held by the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) has been carried out by an independent professional valuer using Comparison Method (for land valuation) and the Cost Method (for building valuation) as the basis of valuation to reflect the fair value of the Properties (hereinafter referred to as “Revaluation”).
