We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2023, 18 October 2023, 6 November 2023, 16 November 2023, 21 November 2023, 22 November 2023, 7 December 2023, 9 January 2024, 10 January 2024, 23 January 2024 and 20 February 2024 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that following the listing of the 135,397,357 Rights Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 February 2024, the Rights Issue has been completed today. Accordingly, all conditions precedent as stipulated in the SSA have been fulfilled and the SSA has become unconditional on 26 February 2024.
The Proposed Acquisition has been completed today in accordance with the terms of the SSA and accordingly, Aviatron is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company.
