Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 10 March 2022 and 4 April 2022 pertaining to the striking off of Notion Pacific Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NVB.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Notion Pacific Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NVB, which was restored on 6 March 2023 and had on 22 February 2024 submitted its application to the Registrar, International Corporate Centre, a Government Authority of Ras Al Khaimah for striking off pursuant to Section 243 (1) (b) (i) of the Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre Business Companies Regulations 2018 (“Proposed Striking Off”).

The Proposed Striking Off is not expected to have any material effect on earnings and net assets per share of NVB for the financial year ending 30 September 2024.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Striking Off.
