We refer to the announcement made on 15 January 2024 in relation to the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of GDEX wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 22 February 2024 granted the Company an extension of time for a period of three (3) months from 29 December 2023 to 28 March 2024 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements.
As at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plan to address the shortfall in the public shareholding spread requirement. The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the status of its effort to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.
