The Board of Directors of Landmarks wishes to announce that the Receivers & Managers (“R&M”) of Andaman Resort Sdn Bhd had on 23 February 2024 informed us through their lawyers, Skrine that they have pursuant to the Sale Exercise conducted by them, have entered into a binding agreement with Mutiara Hotels & Resort Sdn Bhd for the sale of the Charged Assets on 19 February 2024. We will make further announcement when we have received further information from the R&M.
