The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 October 2023, 5 December 2023 and 31 January 2024 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the order from the High Court confirming the Capital Reduction has been obtained and was lodged with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act on 21 February 2024 marking the effective date and completion of the Capital Reduction.
