We would like to highlight the changes in the amended announcement dated 13 February 2024 compared to the announcement dated 8 February 2024 are the numbers in "After the Proposed Acquisition" in Section 6.2 and Section 6.3 respectively.

A copy of the Share Sale Agreement will be available for inspection by the shareholders of the Company at the Registered Office of the Company at No 9, Jalan Bayu Tinggi 2A/KS6, Taipan 2, Batu Unjur, 41200, Klang during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (expect public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.
