We refer to the earlier announcements dated 20 July 2023, 21 July 2023, 1 August 2023, 3 August 2023, 25 October 2023, 3 November 2023, 6 November 2023 and 19 January 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 6 February 2024, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months from 3 February 2024 to 2 August 2024 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
