We refer to the Company's announcements dated 26 October 2023, 10 November 2023, 24 November 2023, 6 December 2023, 7 December 2023, 22 December 2023 and 24 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement has been fixed on 6 February 2024 at RM0.83 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.83 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 5.48% to the 5-day VWAP of Eupe Shares up to and including 5 February 2024, being the last market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.8781 per Eupe Share.
