BONUS ISSUE OF 200,000,000 WARRANTS ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN UNIQUE FIRE HOLDINGS BERHAD HELD AT 5.00 P.M ON 20 FEBRUARY 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 19 Feb 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 20 Feb 2024

Remarks :

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of Unique Fire Holdings Berhad prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
