Arita Flanges Industries Sdn Bhd (“AFISB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unimech Group Berhad (“UGB”) wishes to inform that AFISB had on 5 February 2024 held its final meeting to conclude the member’s voluntary winding up. Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, the companies shall be dissolved three (3) months after lodgment of Section 459(3) Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting with Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver.
