We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of LCTITAN by way of market making. The LCTITAN-CO is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The LCTITAN-CO is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The LCTITAN-CO is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023 and First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023. The salient terms of the LCTITAN-CO are set out in the attachment.
