We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG by way of market making. The MYEG-C6I is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MYEG-C6I is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The MYEG-C6I is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023 and First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023. The salient terms of the MYEG-C6I are set out in the attachment.
