The Board of Directors of GDB is pleased to announce that, Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn. Bhd. (“GDBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 31 January 2024 accepted a letter of award from KL International Hospital Sdn. Bhd. as the Main Contractor for the proposed construction of the main building works inclusive of all ancillary and associated works of a private hospital situated at Plot 5 on Lot 103962, PN 54122 (Old Lot No. 37318, 15239 and part of Lot 37825), Jalan Impian Indah, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur for a contract sum of RM306 million only.
